New Game Tuesday, Games Releasing 5/7 - 5/13

This weeks New Game Tuesday includes some returning fan favorites, for example a surprise port of Saints Row 3 is coming to Nintendo Switch. The randomness, the sudden nature, and the fact that it wasn't the more recent Saints Row 4, make this port a huge surprise, even if it's a pleasant one. We also get the continuation of the Life is Strange 2 story with Episode 3. Also Fortnite Season 9 is also about to drop with major updates.

1. Saints Row The Third: The Full Package (New on Switch)

I remember when Saints Row 3 dropped way back in 2011 and I played a saint ton of it. I even got the collectors edition with the Dubstep Gun. It was a blast to play and it coming to Switch is a perfect excuse to play this crazy game once more. Let's hope this random port means that Saints Row 4 may be on its way to Switch as well, or perhaps even Saints Row 5 reveal? We can only hope.

2. Life is Strange 2 Episode 3

Platforms: Xbox One, PS4, PC

Publisher: Square Enix

Developer: Dontnod

My opinion of this game I shall keep to myself. Episode 2 was a lot better than 1, so let's hope Episode 3 continues this trend.

3. Fortnite Season 9

Release Date: 5/9

Platforms: Switch, Xbox One, PS4, PC, iOS, Android

Developer/Publisher: Epic Games

Like most Season drops with Fortnite, we don't have a trailer or much detail about it ahead of release. All we know so far is Tilted Towers is destroyed by the Volcano already, and the Drum Gun is BACK!
