The Game Awards 2019 Event Recap Part 1: Awards

This year's Game Awards event was definitely the most surprising and controversial one in recent memory. We had nonstop world premiers that rivaled a E3 press conference, partnered with one particularly INSANE reveal that no one saw coming, but part one of this recap will focus on the main focus that is the Game Awards, ...the Awards. I have to say, I had friends over and we guess the winners and picked our personal favorite. We were wrong on both 90% of the time so to say this Awards ceremonies was very surprising would be an understatement.
To avoid any confusion, these are the winners of the 5th annual Game Awards, and not the selection of Game Infinite. Game Infinite will be doing our own end of the year celebrations to be announced very soon. Below are some of the biggest winners and the nominees.
